Refunds for any service purchased through https://trendelladigital.com are issued only if a formal cancellation request is submitted within 30 calendar days from the original payment date.
The payment date is defined as the moment your transaction is successfully completed, or when access to the purchased service is granted, whichever comes first. This timing is aligned with the definitions provided in our Terms and Conditions.
While you may cancel your engagement at any time, refund eligibility is strictly limited to the 30-day period following the transaction. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered.
Refund Eligibility – Key Conditions

If a refund is approved for a specific service (package, consultation, or session), you may not request a second refund for the same service at any point in the future, even if repurchased. - Service cancellation required:
Refunds will only be processed after the service has been canceled and access to any materials or scheduled sessions has been revoked. - Account violations exclude refund rights:
If your access to Trendella Digital is suspended or permanently disabled due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions, you will not be eligible for any refund.
Currency note:
All refunds are processed in euros (EUR). We are not responsible for differences in the exchange rate or fees incurred by your bank or payment provider during refund processing.
